Invitations4Less.com recommends that proofs be requested on printed stationery items. Proofs allow a preview of the layout, sizing and lettering style chosen and provide additional opportunity to refine your invitations or announcements prior to finalizing the order. Any changes necessary, including change of typestyle, adjusting spelling and layout or quantity, may be made before approval of proofs.
Proofs will be provided in black and white and may or may not show the design of the invitation. Proofs may be emailed in .jpg or .pdf format or faxed. Prior to completing your order in the Invitation Wizard, you will be presented with the option to request proofs. In most cases, an additional charge will be added for the proofing process.
For orders which include request for typeset proofs, only the proof charge plus applicable order deposit will be processed on credit card orders until full proof approval has been granted. Final order balance will be processed at proof approval.
Proofs will be required on any order including non-English language or customer-supplied artwork.
Please allow additional processing time for orders with proofs.
